Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes what you may and may not do with SAVI, including SAVIcrm, SAVIcam, SAVIdata, AI features, messaging, voice, and all related services provided by ZRSpro LLC (“ZRSpro,” “we,” “us”) (the “Services”). It is part of the Terms & Conditions. It applies to every Subscriber and to everyone who accesses the Services through a Subscriber’s account, including staff, contractors, and clients. You are responsible for their compliance.

Violating this AUP is a material breach of the Terms. We may remove content, throttle or block messaging, suspend features, or suspend or terminate accounts immediately and without notice, and no fees will be refunded. You will indemnify ZRSpro for claims, fines, and costs arising from your violations.

1. General rules

  • Use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, carrier rules, and industry standards wherever you and your recipients are located.
  • Use the Services only as permitted by the Terms, this AUP, and any documentation or plan limits.
  • Do not use the Services in any country or for any party where that use is prohibited by sanctions, export controls, or local restrictions on the technology (including AI).
  • Do not help, encourage, or allow anyone else to do what this AUP prohibits.

2. Prohibited content

You may not create, upload, store, send, display, or distribute content that:

  • Is illegal, or promotes, facilitates, or instructs illegal activity.
  • Sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way, which we will report to authorities.
  • Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene.
  • Is hateful, harassing, threatening, abusive, or promotes violence or discrimination based on any protected characteristic.
  • Is defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, including false claims about your business, products, pricing, licensing, insurance, warranties, or results.
  • Infringes or misappropriates any copyright, trademark, trade secret, publicity, privacy, or other right.
  • Contains malware, malicious code, or links to phishing or malicious sites.
  • Discloses another person’s confidential or sensitive personal information without authorization.

3. Prohibited conduct and platform integrity

You may not:

  • Access or attempt to access any account, system, or data without authorization, or share or sell login credentials.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, or perform penetration testing, without our prior written permission.
  • Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Services, including through denial-of-service attacks, excessive automated requests, or anything that degrades service for other users.
  • Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to access, copy, or extract data from the Services, except through APIs and tools we provide and within their limits.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, frame, or create derivative works from the Services, or build a competing product using them.
  • Circumvent usage limits, billing, permissions, security controls, or messaging safeguards.
  • Impersonate ZRSpro, SAVI, our personnel, another user, or any person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Services to third parties except as expressly permitted in writing.
  • Create multiple accounts or repeated trials to avoid fees, limits, or enforcement.

4. Fraud and deception

You may not use the Services for:

  • Scams, phishing, pretexting, or social-engineering schemes.
  • Fake, incentivized-without-disclosure, or fabricated reviews or testimonials, or review gating that violates platform or consumer-protection rules.
  • Bait-and-switch offers, hidden fees, deceptive financing or rebate claims, or misleading urgency or scarcity claims.
  • Collecting payment for work you do not intend to perform, or misrepresenting your licensing, insurance, or bonding.
  • Disinformation campaigns, or passing off AI-generated content as human-created where that would deceive.
  • Misusing confidential information or personal data, or collecting personal data under false pretenses.

5. Restricted and high-risk activities

The following are prohibited unless we have expressly approved them in writing (and even then, you remain fully responsible for compliance):

  • Gambling, sweepstakes, or lotteries; payday, high-interest, or predatory lending; debt collection; debt relief or credit repair; and get-rich-quick or multi-level marketing schemes.
  • Cannabis, CBD, tobacco, vaping, firearms, or other age-restricted or regulated products.
  • Cryptocurrency mining, or offering securities or investment opportunities.
  • Automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals, including credit, employment, housing, insurance, or education eligibility.
  • Providing legal, medical, financial, or other licensed professional advice without the required license, or using the Services as a substitute for it.
  • Law-enforcement, criminal-justice, military, or surveillance applications, or control of critical infrastructure.
  • Political campaigning or lobbying that violates election or communications laws.
  • Storing or transmitting protected health information without a signed Business Associate Agreement (see Privacy & Security).

6. Messaging, calling, and email rules

You are the sender, telemarketer, and seller for every communication sent through your account. These rules apply to SMS, MMS, voice calls, voicemail drops, AI voice agents, email, and any other channel.

6.1 Consent

  • Obtain all legally required consent before sending, including prior express written consent for marketing texts and for autodialed or prerecorded/artificial-voice marketing calls.
  • Collect consent directly from the individual, for your business specifically. Consent collected by a lead seller, “shared” across multiple businesses, or bundled into unrelated terms is not acceptable.
  • Do not send to purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested lists, or to numbers or addresses you obtained without consent.
  • Keep records of how, when, and where each consent was obtained, and produce them to us on request.
  • Do not make consent a condition of purchase, and keep marketing and non-marketing consents separate where required.

6.2 Opt-outs

  • Honor opt-out requests made by any reasonable means (including STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or a verbal request) promptly and within the time required by law.
  • Do not re-add or message opted-out contacts except as permitted by law.
  • Respond to HELP requests with your business name and contact information.
  • Maintain an internal do-not-call list and scrub against the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state lists before telemarketing.

6.3 Content and timing

  • Identify your business in each message or call, and include opt-out instructions where required.
  • Respect quiet hours and calling-time restrictions under federal and state law (for example, Florida limits telephonic sales calls to 8 a.m.–8 p.m. local time and restricts the number of calls per day).
  • Do not send content prohibited by carriers, including content related to sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco, or cannabis, without the approvals carriers require.
  • Do not use URL shorteners or redirect links that hide the destination in a way carriers prohibit, and do not use number or content snowshoeing to evade filtering.
  • Keep message frequency consistent with what recipients agreed to.

6.4 Registration and carrier compliance

  • Complete required A2P/10DLC brand and campaign registration, toll-free verification, and any other carrier vetting, and keep the information accurate and current.
  • Send only the message types and use cases described in your approved registrations.
  • You are responsible for carrier fines, filtering, and penalties caused by your traffic. We may pass those costs through to you.

6.5 Calls and recordings

  • Comply with all laws on autodialers, prerecorded and artificial (including AI) voices, caller ID, and call abandonment.
  • Florida and several other states require all-party consent to record calls. You are responsible for obtaining any consent and giving any notice required before recording or transcribing calls.
  • Do not spoof caller ID or display a number you are not authorized to use.

6.6 Email

  • Comply with CAN-SPAM and similar laws: use accurate headers and subject lines, include a valid physical postal address, provide a working unsubscribe mechanism, and honor unsubscribes promptly.
  • Maintain sending reputation. We may suspend sending for high bounce, complaint, or spam-trap rates.

7. AI acceptable use

AI features in SAVI (including AI chat, AI voice agents, content generation, summaries, and automations) are subject to these additional rules.

7.1 AI disclaimers

  • AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or offensive. It is provided “as is,” without any warranty, and ZRSpro makes no guarantee about its accuracy, legality, or fitness for any purpose.
  • AI output is not legal, financial, medical, tax, engineering, or other professional advice.

7.2 Your responsibilities

  • Review and verify AI output before relying on it, sending it, or acting on it. You are responsible for everything sent or done through AI features in your account, as if you had done it yourself.
  • Tell people when they are interacting with an AI chatbot or AI voice agent where the law requires it, and never claim an AI agent is a human when asked or where that would deceive.
  • Ensure AI conversations, quotes, scheduling, and follow-up comply with the messaging, consent, and recording rules in Section 6.
  • Do not enter sensitive personal information, PHI, payment card data, or highly confidential information into AI features unless your plan and the law permit it.
  • Configure AI agents with accurate business information and appropriate limits, and monitor their performance.

7.3 Prohibited AI uses

  • Generating content that is discriminatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, defamatory, or infringing.
  • Creating misinformation, deepfakes, or impersonations of real people, or using voice cloning without the person’s consent.
  • Making automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
  • Replacing licensed professional judgment, or giving binding guarantees, prices, or commitments that you have not authorized.
  • Using AI where it is prohibited by local law.
  • Using automated systems to overload or abuse AI features.

7.4 AI indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZRSpro from all claims arising out of your use of AI features or AI output, including claims of copyright infringement, defamation, misinformation, discrimination, privacy violations, and telemarketing violations. This is in addition to the indemnity in the Terms.

8. SAVIcam rules

  • Capture and upload photos, video, and documents only for legitimate business purposes and only where you have the right to do so.
  • Respect privacy: do not capture people, interiors, or private areas beyond what the job requires, and obtain any consent the law or the property owner requires.
  • Do not alter, stage, or misrepresent job photos to deceive customers, insurers, lenders, or regulators.
  • Media may contain location and time metadata. You are responsible for how you share it.
  • You are responsible for any rights and permissions needed to use media in marketing.

9. SAVIdata rules

  • Use SAVIdata and any data obtained through the Services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all usage restrictions of the underlying data sources.
  • SAVIdata is not a consumer reporting agency product. You must not use it to determine eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar laws.
  • Do not use data to discriminate, stalk, harass, or locate individuals for non-business purposes.
  • Data obtained through the Services does not by itself provide consent to contact anyone. You must independently satisfy all consent and do-not-call requirements before contacting any person.
  • Do not resell, redistribute, or publish data obtained through the Services except as expressly permitted.
  • Data may be incomplete or inaccurate; verify it before relying on it.

10. Client network conduct

ZRSpro may introduce businesses that use our services to each other for referrals and supporting-trade work (the “Network”). If you participate:

  • Represent your licensing, insurance, qualifications, and capabilities honestly.
  • Treat referred customers and Network members professionally and in good faith.
  • Do not share another member’s customer data except as that customer has permitted and the law allows.
  • Comply with any laws that apply to referral fees and lead sharing in your trade and state.
  • Do not solicit Network members’ staff or customers through deception, or use the Network to send spam.

11. Reporting violations

Report suspected violations of this AUP, abuse, or unwanted messages from a SAVI user to [email protected]. Include as much detail as possible (sender number or email, date, time, and content). We may share your report with the Subscriber involved, except where we determine that is inappropriate.

12. Investigation and enforcement

  • We may, but are not obligated to, monitor use of the Services and investigate suspected violations. We may request consent records, registrations, or other information, and you must provide it promptly.
  • We decide in our sole discretion whether a violation has occurred and how to respond, including warnings, content removal, throttling or blocking messages, suspending features or numbers, account suspension, termination, and reporting to carriers, regulators, or law enforcement.
  • We may act immediately and without prior notice when we believe a violation creates legal, security, carrier, or reputational risk.
  • Enforcement does not entitle you to a refund or credit, and we are not liable to you for any action taken in good faith under this AUP.
  • Our failure to enforce this AUP in any instance is not a waiver.

13. Changes

We may update this AUP at any time to reflect changes in law, carrier rules, technology, or our practices. Updates take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated AUP.
